Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 2 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Cost varies according to weight and size of package. All orders over $99 qualify for free shipping (USA only).
Due to international demand, we do ship worldwide and offer the best rate possible with the very reliable USPS. We also offer a faster service with UPS - both services provide tracking. International shipping fees aren't cheap but please be assured, we add no additional costs to shipping.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is sometimes necessary to release your order. Returns:
Should you wish to return an item, please contact us by email with your order number. We will process a return label (tracked) for you. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded. Alternatively you may arrange your own return, however please be aware of the following time frames:
Returns must be received unworn, unused and in original packaging within 28 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and we will issue your refund at the same time. This may take up to 48 hours after your return has been received and however long your bank requires to deposit funds into your account. Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange service, but invite you to reorder if you’d like another product. If you notify us ahead of time we will do our best to put your preferred item/size on hold. We will hold an item for up to 7 days.
We are only able to offer free shipping returns on faulty items, or in any case where we made a mistake with your order. In this instance we will use our own shipping service and will not deduct the cost from your refund. You are also welcome to arrange your own insured and tracked return.
On international orders, except where the item is faulty, the customer will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for international shipments.
Sale items and stock sold as irregular are not refundable.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER: you may have input an incorrect email address. You will be sent automatic shipping and delivery notifications, so please ensure your email address is correct, or check your junk folder. Feel free to contact us by email if you have not received your notifications and we will do everything to assist.
