Refund policy

Returns

Should you wish to return an item, please contact us by email with your order number. We will process a return label (tracked) for you. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded. Alternatively you may arrange your own insured + tracked return, however please be aware of the following time frames:

Returns must be received unworn, unused and in original packaging within 21 days of the delivery date for a refund. Any return received after 21 business days will be returned to sender unless organized with us directly in advance. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and we will issue your refund at the same time. This may take up to 48 hours after your return has been received. We are unable to offer an exchange service, but invite you to reorder if you’d like another product.

For faulty items or in any case where we made a mistake with your order we offer free shipping returns. In this case we will use our own shipping service and will not deduct the cost from your refund. You are also welcome to arrange your own insured and tracked return. Faulty or incorrect orders being returned, must be received within 30 days of purchase.

On international orders, except where the item is faulty, the customer will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for international shipments.

Sale items and stock sold as irregular are not refundable.
